Lumi Fave — Cardmuseum & Shield N Show
Two complementary automation-first businesses: Cardmuseum, a revenue-generating e-commerce operation, and Shield N Show, a long-term B2B product brand. They run with zero employees on 52 n8n workflows with LLM orchestration and custom integrations across marketplace and ERP systems; running them takes about two days a week, almost none of it operations.

n8n-decanter
A guard proxy for AI agents editing n8n workflows: Code node source lives in git, one write is blocked. MIT-licensed and on npm.
In production
Multi-source translation engine
A translation engine that sells in nine languages without a translator: glossary-as-config, hash-based staleness, deterministic compliance words, and validation that refuses to write. In use across multiple products since 2020.
In production
Zero-knowledge emergency medical ID
An emergency medical ID on a physical tag: readable by any stranger at the scene, unreadable by everyone in between. The decryption key lives on the tag and never reaches the server, so whoever runs it cannot read anyone's data.
Exited 2023
Tocsen
Crash-detection company co-founded in 2018 and financed with millions in crowdfunding, seed and VC money; sold to the British company Aleck in 2023. Hundreds of thousands of Bluetooth crash sensors shipped, in helmets by uvex, Alpina and Ekoï.
Retired
Shopengine
A headless e-commerce service and embeddable checkout widget, built in 2015 for a live “Höhle der Löwen” TV event: 50K+ concurrent shoppers with active carts on an event-sourced system with zero downtime.
On hold
Brainspin
Web development agency grown out of my former freelance business; a team of five from 2017 to 2024, working with clients such as Reishunger, QLF, Fairfood and Ergotopia. The agency business is on hold since 2025; Brainspin is now my holding company.
